Description

Built (1956) on a light truck chassis this car superseded the Volvo TPV from 1953. 720 were made, until 1958. A sturdy and attractive 4/5 seater, many have been preserved by MV collectors. Known officially as Radiopersonterrängbil 915 (and popularly as 'Suggan', Sow) there were two versions: 9151 and 9152, which differed in equipment. The chassis was used also for 265TL11 and TL12 aircraft starter / towing vehicles (equipped by Penta, for starting jet engines); these had the A6 type engine of 105 and 115bhp respectively.
