This car is a rare pre-war Volvo, and certainly one of a few left. In fact the only one of this that I'm aware of. Even in all kind of Volvo history books, there's no picture to be found of this model except for old history photo's. The car was discovered in Sweden by a German collector. He brought the car to Germany in May 1987, and started an exceptional renovation. During many years the car was completely renovated, with all new wood for the body, covered with new sheets of metal, everything was done by specialists with one goal renovating to the highest original quality. No expenses were saved, but the result although is fabulous! A few hundred
photo's tell the story behind this renovation step-by-step.

When the owner moved to Italy, he decided to sell it. Then I bought it through a classic car broker in 2001. I made a few little trips with the car, and that's really an amazing experience. Mostly it's standing in my showroom along the new Volvo's.

Total production: 114 cars
